IPR University Center produces IPR related research and education, it offers information services and also publishes IPRinfo-online magazine. IPR University Center is a joint institute of six Finnish universities.
What are intellectual property rights?
Intellectual property law is a field of law that consists of several types of rights. Usually IPRs are divided in two categories: Copyright and Industrial Rights. Industrial property rights consist of the following: patents, utility models, design rights, trademarks, trade names, integrated circuits and plant variety rights.
