Design and IP Case Clinic
This online seminar is part of the IPR Summer School, but open for everyone interested.
This event examines the protection of designs from a legal and strategic perspective. After introductory lectures and presentation of a hypothetical case, questions relating to protection, enforcement and licensing are then addressed, in light of the case, by a panel of experts. They share their insights on these issues not only as relates to the situation within the EU but also internationally.
The case clinic is organized with the Finnish Association for Industrial Property Right (Suomen Teollisoikeudellinen Yhdistys ry., www.sty.net) and the Finnish AIPPI Group (Suomen AIPPI, https://www.aippi.fi/). The event is free of charge and open to anyone interested but requires prior registration.
