Pekka Savola, LL.M, Lic.Sc. (Tech.), will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled “Internet Connectivity Providers as Involuntary Copyright Enforcers – Blocking Websites in Particular” in the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki, on 10 April 2015 at 12:15.
