Margherita Corrado, Ph.D candidate from Bocconi University presents her research project deals with the role of Intellectual Property Rights in circular economy, with a focus on the ‘right to repair’. Specifically, she addresses the main obstacles that IP rights pose to products’ repairability, with the aim of identifying solutions to reshape IPRs and promote their dialogue with other legislative instruments and, in particular, the newly introduced Right to Repair proposal.

Commentators: Heidi Härkönen (postdoc, UTU) and Juha Vesala (university lecturer, ULap)
