Anna Haapanen , OTM (University of Helsinki), LL.M. (Columbia University), Ms. Econ. (Hanken School of Economics) will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled “Free and Open Source Software Licensing – and the Mystery of Licensor’s Patents” in the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki,

Professor Thomas Riis, University of Copenhagen, will serve as the opponent, and Professor Taina Pihlajarinne as the custos.

The dissertation will be published in the series IPR University Centerin julkaisuja – IPR University Center publications.
