Gokcen Uzer Cengelci, Trademark Counsel on the R&D team at TrademarkNow, has more
than 15 years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio strategies.

Prior to joining TrademarkNow, Gokcen worked as a Trademark Attorney at Deris and
Ankara Patent. While working as an attorney she also had the opportunity to work on R&D
projects to develop AI technologies for creating legal standards and modeling of complex
legal process based projects. Currently she provides trademark law expertise for AI model
development at TrademarkNow.

Gokcen has an LLM from Ankara University and MSc from Hanken School of Economics.
She has participated in several AIPPI questionnaires and today she is serving as a member
of the INTA Publications Committee.
