Hirohito Katsunuma practiced as a Patent Attorney in Japan for over 30 years. He was the president of Kyowa Patent and Law Office from 2010 to 2016. He established the Katsunuma International Patent Office in 2017. He is a Senior Director of the AIPPI Japan Group from 2010. He is the current President of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) after being the Treasure of APAA (2006-2012), the Senior Vice President of APAA (2012-2018) and the first President-Elect of APAA (2017-2018).
