Ryoko Oshikamo, LL.M. will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled ”Patent legislation and drug repositioning – A comparative study from the perspective of acceleration of drug development” in the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki, on 1 March 2024 at 12:00. The public examination will take place at the following address: Porthania, PIII, Yliopistonkatu 3.

Professor Bengt Domeij, University of Uppsala, will serve as the opponent, and Marcus Norrgård as the custos.

The dissertation will be published in the series Dissertationes Universitatis Helsingiensis.
