The Finnish and Swedish market courts – similarities and discrepancies
The market court with exclusive competence to handle IPR issues was established in Finland in September 2013 after several years of preparation. The same solution has been chosen in Sweden, however, more recently. Time has come to evaluate the functioning of the courts. Can we learn something from one another? What do the users say? Come and listen to judges from respective countries and attorneys litigating at the courts.
